We are extremely fortunate at to have a very strong team of friendly experienced staff. All staff are fully qualified to a NVQ Level 3 or working towards a level 3 qualification, with enhanced CRB checks. The staff are very knowledgeable and sensitive to many cultures and traditions.

The staff team work together to create a warm and friendly environment suiting the needs of all children. 

Staff:Child ratio's are maintained in line with best practice and are as follows:

Babies under 2  -  1:3

2 to 3 years      -  1:4

3 to 5 years      -  1:8

We operate a a contingency plan to cover unforseen staff absences and holidays.  Volunteers and student placements from local colleges are welcome and will assist staff in a supervised role but will not be included in the staff:child ratio's.
